@morena.melbourne really is unlike anything I’ve tried in Melbourne. Bravo @chefalejandrosaravia for bringing a taste of Latin America to the city is uniquely delicious, snackable yet fancy ways. For a restaurant (not wine bar) that prides itself on a killer wine list, @circlwinehouse seriously does us a solid with the food.
The squid, ‘nduja and morcilla number is something I can’t and won’t shut up about!
Glowing a bright fluro orange you’ll need sunnies, 😎 it’s a knockout dish.
And the punches keep rolling with the beetroot eclair, the smoked eel tart, the duck…
And that’s before we even bang on about wine! Well doke @xavier.vigier.dipwset @elias_salo 👏

Get a taste of Mexico via Southgate at @haciendamelbourne 🌵
Chef @rosscochef17 makes all his tortillas and tostadas from scratch and you can see the passion he has for 🇲🇽 in everything he does.
My favourites include horchata, or Mexican Milk, crab tostadas, the pork tacos and grilled oysters.
