It’s safe to say we over ordered and still only cracked the tip of the iceberg of this mammoth menu at Lucas Restaurants’ newest plaything on Chapel St.
Think modern Japanese with an Aussie twist, featuring lots of mash up.
Here are my top three eats:
🍔 The duck hamberg; an upper middle
Bogan riff on Tokyo’s traditional tsunkune. Picture a posh pattie wearing a yolk and spring onion beret.
🌽 FRITTERS! Or explosive corn grenades made okonomiyaki style.
🍣 An ocean of seafood, sliced, diced and rolled to your liking.
My advice? Make a meal of snacks and drinks. Arrive hungry.
