“Raspberry and lavender” @curalisboa

I finally got the chance to visit Pedro’s new place in @fslisbon (which was beautifully designed by @miguelcanciomartins ) that opened last year (only to close again because of the pandemic).
As I expected (I know what Pedro is capable of and good old Ritz is probably the hotel with the highest standards in Lisbon), it's well worth it. From the food (in this pic, the outstanding “squid with bergamot, hazelnut and caviar”) to the wine pairing, the service and the atmosphere. Very fine, fine dining, indeed
