Great sansho (pepper) ramen!
A very minimalistic but still very complex ramen, with a triple soup (fish, chicken, pork), a naruto in the style of DEN salad (anyways it’s Zaiyu Hasegawa’s favorite place!) and a great chashu! The numbing effect of the sansho is a nice addition. I also ordered the signature wontons: pork and shrimp, both excellent. And an extra portion of noodles (kaedama).
