Caviar. And even more caviar. On the Rediscover Russia menu of Twins Garden in Moscow you’ll find caviar in excess. But it’s not ‘just’ premium caviar, but also some really rare gems, you won’t easily have access to elsewhere. There is for example their osetra caviar custom made for their needs with ‘Thursday salt’ (baked/blackened in a Russian oven on the last Thursday before Easter) that showcases a beautiful and fragile smokiness, similar to the smoked caviar dish at Etxebarri in the Basque country. And there are several others, a ‘caviar destillation’c beluga caviar and even an albino caviar!
