It’s not really easy to choose just 10 favorite dishes from this amazing meal, so I might make a video of it later. Dabiz Muñoz is great, DiverXO is versatile, delicious, eclectic and utmost enjoyable!
Also the wine pairing was brilliant, mostly very old wines, perfectly suuted the spicy (18 different chillies!) dishes.
