Highlights of my nice dinner at the Michelin-starred Middle Eastern PRISM in Berlin by chef Gal Ben Moshe. He manages to present a peaceful coexistence of different cultures on his plates of this troubled part of the world.
Very interesting dinner with unique spices and ingredients and their even more unique combinations, not an easy job for the great sommelier Jacqueline Lorenz (@jack_loves_wine ), but her enthusiasm and her funny and immediate style made it work perfectly!
