O caminho fez-se com croquete de rabo de boi, pão artesanal com manteiga fermentada, gambas do Algarve, um ótimo tártaro de carne, cabeça de xara, um arroz “verdadeiro” com peixe, lula recheada com chouriço, “mil-folhas” de caril e uma delicada sobremesa de couve flor e caril!

#desconfinando pelo Porto, desta vez no @almejaporto ! O caminho fez-se com croquete de rabo de boi, pão artesanal com manteiga fermentada, gambas do Algarve, um ótimo tártaro de carne, cabeça de xara, um arroz “verdadeiro” com peixe, lula recheada com chouriço, “mil-folhas” de caril e uma delicada sobremesa de couve flor e caril!

#deconfining in Porto, this time at @almejaporto ! The way was made with oxtail croquetes, tartare, head cheese, prawns from the Algarve, portuguese fish rice, chorizo stuffed squid, curry millefeuille and a delicate cauliflower and caviar dessert!
