人類みな麺類 (Jinruiminamenrui in Osaka)
Shoyu ramen with that thick chashu from the top ranked shop in Osaka. The line here is nuts, but their Tokyo shop has zero wait.
I'm currently breaking down the Top 100 #hyakumeiten #百名店 shops from around Japan. This one is 1/100 on the Osaka list.

Macro is the most popular menu item here, and the bowls come topped with massive chashu. In fact, this shop closes when the chashu (not the soup, which is usual) runs out. Part of the Unchi-co group, with a handful of shops in the Osaka area. Less
