Ceviche is a must-try in Peru and what better place to have it than at @lamarcebicherialima by renowned Peruvian Chef @gastonacurio! The casual restaurant is opened only during the day to ensure only the freshest produce is served. Lots of seafood is on offer here from ceviche, sushi to grilled and sautéed. We had ceviche in 3 different style (classic, Nikkei and Mantaro), and the grilled razor clams in chimichurri sauce - everything was super fresh and perfectly seasoned.... More

The casual restaurant is opened only during the day to ensure only the freshest produce is served. Lots of seafood is on offer here from ceviche, sushi to grilled and sautéed. We had ceviche in 3 different style (classic, Nikkei and Mantaro), and the grilled razor clams in chimichurri sauce - everything was super fresh and perfectly seasoned. The complimentary toasted corn and chips with dipping sauces were irresistible as well. No reservations so best to get there early to get a table!

The vibrant world of Peruvian seafood can be experienced at “La Mar” in Lima, where Chef @gastonacurio of @astrid_y_gaston brings the ocean to guests’ plates🍽️ Located in the bustling Miraflores district, the restaurant is open from 12PM to 5PM and does not accept reservations🚶‍♀️ The refreshing “Conchas a la Chalaca” in the cover photo consisted of 10 fresh razor clams, served with lime juice, onions, tomatoes and choclo corn🌽 The flavours overlapped with the “Cebiche Clásico”, so we hope to try other dishes next time💕

ペルーの首都「LIma（リマ）」の高級地域「Miraflores（ミラフロレス）」にある、人気シーフード専門店「La Mar（ラ・マー）」🎣 「Astrid y Guston（アストリッド・イ・ガストン）」の「Gaston Acurio（ガストン・アクリオ）」シェフが手がけていて、 @theworlds50best の南米トップ50位のリストにもランクインしています🏆 毎日12時から17時まで営業していて、ウォークインのみ可能です⏰ 平日オープン10分前に着き、他の方が既に並んでいましたが、箱が大きいため問題なく入れました✌️ カバー写真の「マテガイ」はライム、玉ねぎ、トマトやチョクロ（ジャイアントコーン）などを乗せていた絶品でした✨
