Sunday sessions at Dorian are the best - it’s when Max and the team freestyle a little and you can find all sorts of specials and magic on the menu here. Of course, the steak takes pride of place on the table - charred over charcoal and lathered in clarified butter and beef jus. It’s the ultimate plate of beef. The T-bone was exceptional - perfectly pink and well rested with a lovely Smokey crust and intense dry-aged flavour. Caviar rosti’s because I’m a sucker for those perfect dollops of @n25caviar and that hash brown-esque, crispy potato base. The lobster tail salad with grilled sweetcorn kohlrabi was incredible - lots of saffron and a super savoury flavour profile with tender, sweet lobster tail cooked on the grill. The lamb ribs are a new favourite of mine, hadn’t had these before. Ultra soft and pull-apart tender. Served with shiso relish and greenage and glazed in a sticky lamb sauce. Nothing like a big session at Dorian. Needed a moment of silence for that buttermilk fried, crispy guinea fowl leg smothered in house made hot sauce. It was incredibly crisp and flavoursome. Nothing like a big session at Dorian. Needed a moment of silence for that buttermilk fried, crispy guinea fowl leg smothered in house made hot sauce. It was incredibly crisp and flavoursome. The hot sauce is magical. I order extra for dipping those crisps into. They come with the tartare and are so addictive. Steak, flame grilled and tender with a killer crust and luscious beef jus - tenderness can vary depending on what you order and what they have in - it’s difficult to control texture with these older cows but when it hits, it hits in a big way. Ordered all the rostis + a few wild creations that max made on the night - the uni with toro was the perfect amount of OTT, rich, buttery, earthy, wow. Favourite place! #notoriousfoodie 🙅🏽♂️

Some incredible new dishes on the menu at Dorian. The deep fried duck leg dipped in hot sauce was outrageously good, ultra crispy on the outside and super tender in the centre. The flavour of their hot sauce is addictive, a sort of buffalo-esque tang and creaminess with fairly mild heat. Very good. Max sent out a bunch of new rostis. The beef tartare and uni Rosti was ridiculous, as was the caviar and oyster Rosti.... More

The lobster tail French toast was a total hit - grilled and topped with clarified butter, black truffle, sat on relish, lettuce and toasted brioche. What a bite. Pistachio and caviar ice cream was interesting - a wild combination that took everyone by surprise but also kept them coming back for more. It’s dinners like this that keep Dorian in my list of favourites. Bravo chef! Knockouttt #notoriousfoodie 🙅🏽♂️

When I first tried the sensational beef tartare here, I knew it had to be combined with Max’s signature rostis and some caviar. One week later and that’s exactly what went down. One of my favourite bites in London without a doubt. The beef tartare and caviar rosti at Dorian is just too good. When I first tried the sensational beef tartare here, I knew it had to be combined with Max’s signature rostis and some caviar. One week later and that’s exactly what went down. A golden morsel of crispy potato and the most unctuous, well balanced raw beefy topping. Congrats to Max and the team on achieving their first Michelin star! Really well deserved. My favourite bistro! Just look at all the plates here. Carefully put together plates using the freshest produce .. ufffff #notoriousfoodie 🙅🏽♂️
