Nothing like a big session at Dorian. Needed a moment of silence for that buttermilk fried, crispy guinea fowl leg smothered in house made hot sauce. It was incredibly crisp and flavoursome. The hot sauce is magical. I order extra for dipping those crisps into. They come with the tartare and are so addictive. Some incredible new dishes on the menu at Dorian. The deep fried duck leg dipped in hot sauce was outrageously good, ultra crispy on the outside and super tender in the centre. The flavour of their hot sauce is addictive, a sort of buffalo-esque tang and creaminess with fairly mild heat. Very good. Max sent out a bunch of new rostis. The beef tartare and uni Rosti was ridiculous, as was the caviar and oyster Rosti.... More

One of my favourite bites in London without a doubt. The beef tartare and caviar rosti at Dorian is just too good. When I first tried the sensational beef tartare here, I knew it had to be combined with Maxโ€™s signature rostis and some caviar. One week later and thatโ€™s exactly what went down. A golden morsel of crispy potato and the most unctuous, well balanced raw beefy topping. Congrats to Max and the team... More
