Ramen at Inoichi Hanare (麺屋猪一離れ)

Recommended bowl: Katsuo dashi soup

The light and crisp soup here is made from a katsuo dashi base, without the use of pork or chicken. Noodles are now house-made (previously ordered via Taiyō Seimen). Bowls come topped with katsuobushi flakes, served with sudachi citrus. Tsukemen also available. Flagship Menya Inoichi open since 2013, this second brand and shop Inoichi Hanare since 2017.
