Master Nakajima-san opened Deko in 2014, after training for years at ramen shops in Kagoshima and running his own shop in Nishi-Koyama, Tokyo. The menu has changed since first opening; now the offerings include a niboshi shoyu ramen and mazesoba, among a few other bowls.
