French cuisine with Korean elements. Each dish is inspired by another dish from a well-known restaurant somewhere in the world.

A long lunch at the hotel's invitation while Oncle Joël was in town. This is arguably the best outlet in the entire Robuchon universe, backed by the deep pockets of the Grand Lisboa - with one of the best wine lists to match.
The tournedos rossini was simply amazing. As were quite a few other dishes.

We picked the classic tasting menu for lunch, showcasing Jungsik's most iconic dishes. This was a good way to get an introduction to the cuisine.

Simply the finest, most elegant meal of Korean cuisine I have ever had. Completely breaks the stereotypical image of Korean cuisine all about chili and everything is red because of gochujang.
Of course, getting VIP treatment from the chef and the hotel doesn't hurt, either!
