Sato was the final shop on the Tabelog Hyakumeiten (百名店), a curated best-of list for Tokyo’s ramen shops. The final stop on a journey that will be reset the following year, but a journey nonetheless. The location out near Haneda Airport is a bit far for me, hence the last shop on my list
