カレー パンだ

Hello there!Located in Katata, Shiga Prefecture, Jidoriya Onza is a fantastic restaurant that serves top-quality jidori chicken, sourced from a nearby poultry farm that supplies various yakitori and ramen shops across the country. The counter offers a creative course featuring this chicken, but it's extremely popular, making reservations quite difficult. This time, I enjoyed sashimi, yakitori, and a water shield hot pot. The yakitori made from Omi jidori chicken had a beautiful fat content and a strong umami flavor, making it delicious. The hot pot featured Nagoya Cochin chicken, which had a nice texture and also packed with flavor. The vegetables soaked in a soy-based broth made from chicken cartilage were exceptional, with the chicken's umami and fat enriching the soup. Adding plenty of water shield to the pot and sipping it with the broth was simply the best.See you again! Less
