The first dish, corn puree, was absolutely stunning. It has a sweetness that surpasses that of melons, almost like a fruit. Enjoying it with the corn silk and grilled corn made it incredibly delicious. The swordfish was rich and the flesh was plump. The aroma of the grilled skin was exquisite! It pairs perfectly with Shizuoka's Japanese sake.
