It was my first visit in a while to Shimbashi Hoshino.This restaurant, a regular winner of the Tabelog Award GOLD, is one of the hardest reservations to secure in Tokyo, making it a special treat to come here.This time, I indulged in the summer offerings at Hoshino.From classic dishes to those featuring seasonal summer ingredients, every plate was delicate and meticulously crafted.The combinations of ingredients and the creativity behind each dish were simply outstanding, showcasing the pinnacle of Japanese cuisine.I definitely want to visit again.
