I visited Narayamachi Ao, a highly sought-after restaurant in Fukuoka. After waiting nearly a year since making my reservation, the day finally arrived. They elevate high-quality ingredients into unique dishes through innovative ideas and techniques. The way they use and combine ingredients is both enjoyable and intriguing. Although the course includes many dishes, they are light, providing just the right amount of satisfaction. I was overwhelmed by the meticulously crafted dishes that kept me engaged from start to finish. I look forward to visiting again in a different season.
