I successfully secured a reservation for Sunday at 4 PM, marking my second visit. Just in time, I purchased tickets for the chilled tantanmen and wonton shio chashu ramen, two days before the end of summer. I started with the chilled tantanmen. The presentation was stunning, with mini tomatoes and minced meat hidden beneath the noodles. I was advised by Iida-san to scoop from the top first, then mix everything together for the best experience. The balance of spiciness and sweetness was exquisite. The rooibos tea, which was frequently refilled, complemented the dish perfectly.Next, I enjoyed the wonton shio chashu ramen. The clear broth clung beautifully to the noodles. The two types of chashu, infused with flavor, and the wontons made with soy milk were delicious, leaving me completely satisfied. The staff paid attention to every detail, greeting us warmly at the beginning and bidding us farewell at the end, creating an atmosphere reminiscent of a fine dining establishment. It was a wonderful meal!
