I visited again after six months. The summer dishes in July were delightful, featuring corn, sea urchin, eel, octopus, bonito, abalone noodles, assorted seasonal delicacies, and tempura made with Silk Sweet pumpkin, as well as sweetfish paired with dark beer and Kamo eggplant with flower zucchini. I was particularly impressed by the flower zucchini; it was wonderful to see the restaurant experimenting with new menu items. The presentation of the dishes was also very summery and beautiful. It was a great meal!
