After arriving in Sapporo, I visited this restaurant after checking out the Red Brick Office and the Clock Tower. The calm interior was adorned with sunflowers, fitting for summer. The meal began with three appetizers, followed by dishes featuring sea urchin, abalone, the elusive lamb, cheese, and pineapple. I initially ordered four pairings, but it ended up being seven, including champagne. The standout dish was the charcoal-grilled Hokkaido Suffolk lamb, which had an exceptional richness that is hard to find elsewhere. It was as impressive as the duck from Equatorial during its prime. Such experiences are rare, so it’s best to follow the restaurant's recommendations. The dessert was simple yet made with high-quality ingredients, and the pineapple was enough for two, while the vanilla ice cream was generously portioned. I enjoyed a delightful amount of delicious food. The hospitality was outstanding, with multiple staff members sharing information and providing timely service. It was a very comfortable restaurant. It was a great meal!
