A Night to Enjoy Skewers and the Aftertaste of SakeThis is my second visit.I had a great impression from my last visit, and I was looking forward to this one as well.The yakitori had a perfect balance of cooking and texture for each part, making it enjoyable to savor each skewer. The smoky flavor complemented the rich taste of the chicken, naturally enhancing the enjoyment of the drinks.What stood out this time was the liver. Its smooth texture and rich flavor paired surprisingly well with red wine.I usually opt for Japanese sake with yakitori, but choosing red wine this time was the right decision. The lingering taste of the liver combined beautifully with the wine, creating my favorite pairing of the evening.In addition to the skewers, there were also a variety of side dishes and seasonal ingredients, keeping the experience exciting until the end.The flavors were robust yet not heavy, seamlessly leading to the next bite and the next drink, which is truly appealing.Once again, it was a delightful experience. I look forward to visiting again in a different season.It was a great meal.
