On this day, I headed to Kataori. I made a quick trip to Kanazawa at the invitation of a regular customer.Since dinner was scheduled for 8:30 PM, I thought it would be perfect to go just for lunch.I arrived a bit early at Kanazawa Station, so I strolled along the river on my way there. It felt great to walk by the river during the day.When I arrived at the restaurant, it seemed like the organizer was still outside with everyone else. There were some familiar faces, but I missed my chance to greet them and waited for the organizer to arrive.They arrived right on time, and we went inside (*´∀`)The interior of the restaurant was simple, but the excellent service contributed to a wonderful atmosphere. Everything felt so polished that it made me sit up straight.As for the food, it goes without saying that it was delicious. The dashi (broth) was incredibly tasty. Although the seasonal ingredients weren't particularly standout, the overall flavor was still exceptional.Some of the dishes were so simple yet made me wonder why they were so delicious, which made it enjoyable.I completely understand why everyone rates this place so highly; I want to come back in a different season!
