I visited Quintessence after my friend expressed a desire to go there, so I made a reservation for a table for six. We opted for the omakase course paired with wine. We also ordered a separate bottle of champagne. The menu featured the classic goat cheese bavarois and meringue ice cream. It truly felt like stepping into the world of Grand Maison Tokyo.
