On a weekday at 7 PM, we made a reservation for two.The location is conveniently close to Azabu-Juban Station, in a calm and quiet area.This is the flagship restaurant of the Chinese Hanten chain.We ordered the D Course (JPY 44,000), which features luxurious ingredients such as spiny lobster, shark fin, and dried abalone. Of course, the famous Peking duck was included as well.The Peking duck was incredibly delicious, and I even considered ordering more (but decided to save room for next time).Overall, the dishes were well-executed, simple yet highlighted the natural flavors of the ingredients. Everything was truly delightful.This time we opted for a course meal, but since Chinese cuisine offers a wide variety and everyone has different preferences, I plan to order a la carte next time, choosing only my favorites and indulging in more Peking duck.It was delicious! It was a great meal!
