On a weekday at 18:30, we made a reservation for two.This is a long-established steakhouse located in Kumamoto city.It seems to be family-run.We ordered the JPY 38,500 course.It consisted of six dishes, and we were definitely full.The menu included horse meat, abalone, tail soup, salad, steak, and ice cream.The meat was Kumamoto-produced, with a rank of No. 8, served in a beautiful 570g cut after trimming off excess parts.I indulged in about 270g, and the meat was so tender and of high quality that the delicate, light fat made it disappear almost as if I had just drunk it.Despite being such a thick steak, it was surprisingly light—impressive!They don’t offer champagne or wine by the glass, so we each had half bottles.Since they ask about drinks during the pre-call, it’s a good idea to think about it in advance.It was delicious! It was a great meal.
