My favorite sushi restaurant in Tokyo is Shimazu, run by a young chef who is only 33 years old but possesses remarkable skill, presence, and hospitality! This year, they received the prestigious Tabelog Award 2026 Gold, and I’m so glad to have supported them! I’m excited to see how far Shimazu can go!
