I visited this restaurant with colleagues from work.The interior features counter seating and private rooms, and we opted for a private room for our group of four.The atmosphere was calm, allowing us to enjoy our meal at a leisurely pace.We started with appetizers followed by sushi.The appetizers were classic yet each dish was executed to perfection, showcasing the quality of the ingredients.You can really feel the meticulous craftsmanship, giving a glimpse of this restaurant's excellence.The standout dish for me was the abalone.It had a perfect cooking technique, a pleasant texture, and an incredible umami flavor that expanded with each bite!Before the sushi, we were given a menu that detailed the temperature of the rice and toppings, which was quite impressive.Not only the temperature, but the size and rice were also adjusted according to the topping, reflecting a commitment to quality from start to finish.Although it's a challenging place to get a reservation, it's truly worth the visit—an outstanding sushi restaurant.I highly recommend it not only for sushi lovers but also for those who don’t usually eat sushi; it’s an experience you won’t forget!You will be amazed!!
