I visited this place privately.The interior features counter seating and private rooms, with a synchronized start for the second half of the meal.The style is small bites followed by sushi.The appetizers focus on high-quality ingredients and are incredibly delicious!The marinated sweetfish is especially exquisite‼️It’s been a while since I’ve had something this tasty (laughs).They don’t rely solely on Toyosu for their ingredients; they personally visit production areas to establish their sourcing routes, which shows their passion for sushi.The sushi rice is seasoned with white vinegar, giving it a strong tang that pairs perfectly with the white fish.The tuna is also a perfect match for the rice, making it a unique delicacy you can only enjoy here!The pace is great, and the drinks keep flowing at this establishment.It’s truly delicious, so if you haven’t been yet, I highly recommend you visit‼️Since it was a private visit, I was able to savor the experience slowly, and it was just as delicious as I remembered!
