I visited this restaurant with some colleagues from work. The interior consists only of counter seating, and everything starts at once. The distance between the seats is ample, and the sound doesn’t echo, creating a relaxed atmosphere for conversation. The cooking is done right in front of you, adding a sense of excitement and visual enjoyment. The cuisine is French but takes a healthy approach by minimizing the use of butter. The way the ingredients are utilized is excellent; everything is delicious, and while you’ll feel full, it won’t weigh you down. This is a pleasant surprise for the older crowd (laughs). This time, the lobster dish and the abalone pie were absolutely exquisite! The final dessert, a mango shortcake, was so delicious that I had to order a second serving. When I glanced at the clock, it was 11:45 PM… I felt quite guilty indulging at such a late hour, but it was worth it (laughs). If you start at 8:30 PM, it’s possible to go past midnight, so be cautious if you’re coming from afar. The chef’s thoughtful touches make for a healthy and delicious French dining experience. If you haven’t visited yet, I highly recommend you give it a try!!
