I visited this restaurant with some colleagues from work.There are two rooms: one with the head chef's counter seats and another for the apprentices. This time, we were in the former.The meal starts all at once with a piece of tuna nigiri, followed by a series of appetizers and then nigiri.The appetizers are delicious! They are prepared with the same care as a high-end kaiseki restaurant, and the portion sizes are generous, allowing you to truly savor the flavors. This time, the shirasu (whitebait) somen was so good that I would love to have it again.The nigiri rice is made with red vinegar, which pairs perfectly with the toppings. While I can't say which sushi restaurant has the best rice, I can confidently say that the rice here is something I want everyone to try!The atmosphere inside the restaurant is also pleasant, making it one of my favorite places. If you have the chance, I highly recommend visiting!
