I visited this restaurant with a business associate. As one of Japan's representative grand maisons, the building is impressive. There is a doorman at the entrance.Upon entering, we waited briefly in the waiting room before being escorted to the hall downstairs. The seating arrangement provides enough distance, so conversations from neighboring tables are not intrusive. The dining experience starts with staggered timings, and while there were only about two groups at first, it eventually became fully booked. We began by ordering drinks, and the wine pairing options range from JPY 40,000 to a staggering JPY 200,000.While the JPY 200,000 option is said to be worth its price, it’s quite a leap! (laughs)The dishes are truly French, each meticulously prepared and delicious. The lobster and caviar dish was particularly exquisite! However, the main meat dish was somewhat disappointing.Although it wasn’t Wagyu and thus of different quality, it was still a bit of a letdown. The cheese and dessert cart came around, and even though we were full, we couldn’t resist ordering more, and everything was delightful until the end.The staff's service was exceptional, making for an enjoyable dining experience. With the ambiance of a Michelin three-star restaurant, I believe it’s an ideal place for special occasions or dining with someone important!
