I was invited by a colleague for a visit.This is a members-only sushi restaurant.Although it has relocated, the address remains undisclosed.The meal starts with appetizers followed by sushi, all served at once.I found out that members can take photos only towards the end, so I have just a few pictures.The appetizers focus on high-quality ingredients, which is a hallmark of sushi restaurants.They are truly dedicated to the quality of their ingredients, and everything was delicious!I even got to try unique fish like wolf herring, which I don’t usually eat.The sushi rice is seasoned with red vinegar, creating a well-balanced flavor.The cooking is exquisite, allowing the natural sweetness of the rice to shine, and it pairs perfectly with the toppings!The size of the sushi is just right—not too small, not too big—showing thoughtful consideration for an enjoyable dining experience.They also have a great selection of drinks! From the food to the building, every detail has been meticulously crafted.The chef's personality is wonderful, making for a truly enjoyable dining experience!Since it’s a members-only establishment, it may be a bit challenging to visit, but if you get the chance, I highly recommend checking it out.The sushi here is uncompromisingly excellent, and every piece is a masterpiece!
