The best Yakiniku restaurant in Japan, Osamu Chan.It's extremely difficult to get a reservation here.On this day, I visited for the 4:30 PM seating.I noticed that the meat supplier had changed, but the flavor was still unmistakably Osamu Chan's, which was truly impressive.And this was my first time trying the Chiri-tori Nabe. It had just the right amount of spiciness and was incredibly delicious!
