マレーシア・クアラルンプールにある、ミシュラン・ビブグルマン掲載の南インド料理屋「Coast by Kayla（コースト・バイ・カイラ）」🔥 伝統的な調理法をベースにモダンに再構築した、日本では珍しいケララ州のお料理の数々が味わえます🌴 何を頼んでも美味しかったのですが、特に感動したのはカバー写真の「Chicken Tikka（チキン・ティカ）」🙌 スパイスやチリペーストでマリネした、肉汁たっぷりでジューシーな鶏肉が香ばしく焼かれ、ヨーグルトソースと一緒に頂く絶品でした🤤
