“Pono Market” in Kapaa, Kauai, is a casual deli (open on weekdays from 6AM to 2PM) that offers an unassuming yet authentic taste of Hawaiian cuisine and island life🌺 This laid-back spot has been a local favourite for years, and their freshly prepared poke is particularly popular🤙 The standard dish for us was the “Spicy Ahi Poke Bowl”, consisting of ahi tuna marinated in a house-made spicy sauce over a bed of rice, delivering a perfect balance of heat and flavour🍚

ハワイの「Kauai（カウアイ島）」の東部「Kapaa（カパア）」にあり、平日午前6時から午後2時まで営業しているカジュアルなデリ「Pono Market（ポノ・マーケット）」🎣 新鮮なシーフードを使った「Poke（ポケ）」は現地の方にも大人気で、閉店前に売り切れる場合も🤭 様々なコンビネーションが選べますが、私たちが毎回頼むのがこちらの「Spicy Ahi Poke Bowl（スパイシー・アヒ・ポケ・ボウル）」🌶️ パンチの効いたマリネに漬けたマグロのぶつ切りは白米が進みます🙈
