For the clear noodle soup, customers can select a choice of the following:

広東麺で有名な香港の「沾仔記（ティムチャイキー）」は、ミシュランのビブグルマンに選ばれた人気店🏆

麺は定番の細い卵麺（黄麺）のほか、平たい米粉麺やビーフンから選べます🍜 トッピングはシンプルに海老と豚肉の雲呑・魚のつみれ・牛肉の3種類のみ🦐 もちろん全種類を組み合わせることも可能です🥢

個人的なオススメは、コシの効いた細麺とさっぱりしたクリアスープ、そしてぷりぷりの海老が楽しめる「黄麺」と「海老と豚肉の雲呑」✨ これまで香港で食べた麺の中で、間違いなくナンバーワンです🫶
