At “Nuna Raymi” in Cusco, every dish is a vibrant celebration of Peru’s rich heritage🌈 Nestled just steps away from the Plaza de Armas, this charming eatery offers an inventive menu that highlights locally-sourced ingredients and traditional Andean flavours with a contemporary twist⛰️ We ordered the “Chip de Colores Andinos y Guacamole” (colourful handmade Andean chips with guacamole) and the “Quinoa Nuna Garden” with a variety of organic quinoa, Andean chimichurri, tomatoes and cucumbers from the restaurant’s family farm🍅

ペルーの「Cusco（クスコ）」にある「Nuna Raymi（ヌナ・ライミ）」✨ 街の中心にあるメインプラザの「Plaza de Armas（アルマス広場）」から徒歩3分の立地にあり、アンデス山脈近辺で収穫された食材を使用したモダンなペルー料理が楽しめます💃 標高3,400メートルの街なので、高山病にならないためには腹八分目に控えた方が良いとのことで、前菜2品のみオーダー🥗 カラフルな自家製のチップスや、数種類のキヌアのサラダなど、日本では珍しいお料理を頂きました🙏
