This is one of the best dishes we've had recently, a perfect combination of flavors by Chef Wayne at Joji. Live Kegani crab, Hokkaido Bafun Uni, and cucumber tosazu. His omakase bar has a Michelin ⭐️ in NYC, and stands out for their superior sourcing of ingredients. Highly recommend
