L’Ami Jean - Paris (France)
@l_ami_jean is a French bistro that provides the classic rich flavors that you would expect with an eventual contemporary touch from chef Stéphane Jégo.
The tight interior, with tables very close to one another, is part of the restaurant’s identity. As is listening to the chef angrily shouting with the staff in the open kitchen.
The food is refined but unpretentious, with savory pan sauces that bring a strong personality to the overall balance of flavors. Every dish is comforting, hearty and very well presented.
Incroyable.
