To sum it up, the tongue here is the best I've ever had. From the first bite, I could tell it was different. It has a substantial thickness yet is surprisingly tender. With each chew, the rich flavor of the meat spreads, and the fat is not overwhelming. I've tried tongue at various places, but so far, nothing has surpassed this one. What’s impressive about Yakiniku Seiryuuen is that it doesn’t stop at just the tongue. The outside skirt is rich in flavor, the heart has a great texture and no unpleasant odor. The yukhoe (raw beef dish) is also excellent. This place isn’t just about one standout dish; everything I ordered was delicious. There wasn’t a single plate that I thought was mediocre. I understand why it’s hard to get a reservation. If you love tongue, this is a must-visit yakiniku restaurant. If there’s a place with better tongue than this, I’d love to know. I’m definitely coming back!
