Literally meaning “mountain house with osmanthus”, Gui Yu Shan Fang #桂语山房 is a beautiful restaurant nestled in a valley full of osmanthus trees. It’s best to visit in autumn when the trees are in full bloom - just imagine the smell! Favorites of the meal included the beef in spicy spring water, yellow croaker spring roll, stinky tofu with tripe, and crab with rice cake.
