Another one of my favorite bakeries in Copenhagen. @andersenmaillard really captures what modern café culture here is about.
Founded in 2018 by former Noma pastry chef Milton Abel and barista Hans Kristian Andersen, this bakery sets a high bar for both coffee and pastry in the city.
We ordered the BMO, a simple Danish bun with butter and cheese that shows how much good bread matters, and the pistachio cube croissant. Crisp, buttery layers with a rich pistachio filling that goes perfectly with their coffee.
