It’s a natural and carefully crafted flavor that isn’t overly reliant on seasonings. The broth has a high level of perfection! ☆ Noodles Thin straight noodles The noodles themselves seem to have little seasoning, but they blend well with the broth and don’t get soggy. In fact, they absorb just the right amount of broth, making them delicious until the very last bite! ✨ I’m not sure if this is common among highly-rated shops, but there seems to be a certain level of consistency. Simply wonderful. Toppings The chashu is so tender it practically melts in your mouth. You hardly need to chew! ✨ On that day, it was TOKYO X chashu. The menma (bamboo shoots) were average. The wontons had a lovely yuzu aroma, and you could tell there was some creativity in the meat filling. There were two types of wontons, and the variety of toppings was very satisfying! ♪● Impression I thought it had a Japanese culinary feel, and it turns out the chef has experience in Japanese cuisine, which makes sense! w Also, it seems that they allow for multiple orders... It took me five hours round trip to visit! w I was worried about the Tokaido Line, so I left early to do some sightseeing. I tried to visit a nearby bakery, but it was closed... So, I ended up visiting Goshin Shrine and other sights. I spent my time quite meaningfully. Even for an average person, the round trip time allows for finishing two books... ww. Next time, I might bring a hot spring set and enjoy some drinks while I’m there!
