The standout items were Kohada, lean tuna, seared back, Tokishirazu, and Shima-aji. The balance of acidity in the Kohada was excellent, and the seared back was made from a part close to the head, which was wonderfully tender and rich in fat.✨However, perhaps due to the rain, the quality of the toppings was somewhat lacking. I was surprised by the quality of the sushi... It’s been quite a while since my last visit, and I wondered if it was always like this. *I particularly felt this with the quality of the squid I ordered additionally.⚫︎ Impression The food is delicious. It really is, but the quality of the toppings is unavoidable. There were also some misunderstandings and forgotten orders in the service... It seems to have some issues for a high-end restaurant. Personally, I don’t mind the service, and I still love this place.⚫︎ Other The quality of the toppings is definitely not great after rainy days. There’s a bit of a gamble here, so it’s somewhat unavoidable due to the reservation process... but still, I feel a bit disappointed.
