The quality of the meat here is exceptional, likely using famous brand beef, possibly from female cattle. The quality truly reflects the reputation of this renowned establishment. It’s definitely exciting! ✨ The signature salt-grilled tongue and the assorted platter are must-orders! ♪♪⚫︎ Ordered Items Assorted Platter (for 4 people), Tongue (for 3 people), Yukhoe (for 2 people), Basil Mino (for 2 people), Heart (for 2 people), Rice, Sake Total per person: around JPY 19,000 ⚫︎ Reservation Method Table Check *Reservation difficulty: Average ⚫︎ Time Required Wait: 15 minutes Cooking: 15 minutes ⚫︎ Taste Salt-Grilled Tongue The tongue is marbled and incredibly fresh, with a melt-in-your-mouth texture. Even if an amateur grills it, it will still taste great! While the flavor of the meat might be slightly mild due to the marbling, it’s still delicious! ♪♪ Assorted Platter I didn’t check the details, but I estimate it costs around JPY 8,500 to JPY 10,000 per person. You can compare various cuts, and each one is fantastic! It’s not overly rich, but there is a good amount of fat, so for older guests, I think this and the salt-grilled tongue plus rice would be sufficient! ♪♪ Basil Mino The seasoning is truly exquisite. Adding basil makes it surprisingly easy to eat! However, with such high-quality meat available, it might not be necessary to order this as a side dish. In other restaurants, it would be a star dish, but here it feels like a hidden gem. Yukhoe For those who love Yukhoe, the quality here is astonishing. The meat and freshness are top-notch! ✨ It seems to pair well with rice too! ♪ Heart It’s tasty, but compared to the standout grilled meat, it might not be worth ordering. In fact, I think Seiryuuen should focus more on the tongue and other meats rather than offal. (╹◡╹) That’s my conclusion! ⚫︎ Service Unfortunately, this was the only downside. There was a lack of punctuality, and while I don’t think there was any ill intent, the time lost due to chatting with acquaintances before being called was excessive. I hope they can set a boundary here. Customers should also be mindful. Even before making a reservation, you can usually enter about 5 minutes early, but here I had to wait 15 minutes past the time. Other waiting groups looked quite frustrated as well. I shudder to think what would happen if it were a business meeting. In fact, I was subtly told about it... ⚫︎ Impression The interior is relatively clean. The space between tables is narrow, so you’re quite close to the people next to you. It feels like you might bump into someone when going to the restroom. There is quite a wait for the food to arrive, so it’s not suitable for impatient diners. ⚫︎ Other There might be a shortage of staff, as they forgot to change the grill, and the service, including drink speed, was lacking. If asked whether I would return, I’d say I wouldn’t want to experience the same issues again. The quality of the Yakiniku itself is excellent, so I hope they can improve in this area (°▽°). If there’s another opportunity, it will be for a gathering other than a business meeting.
