Big fan of what they’re doing at @thewarmouth in Columbia, S.C. Not a BBQ joint per se, more farm to table with a wood-fired barbecue pit. Excellent chopped pork with tart, bright yellow mustard sauce and splendid hash with a sharp vinegar tang. Plus there’s hearty chicken bog with housemade onion sausage — South Carolina classics all.
