I started with shirasu (whitebait) dressed in Tosa vinegar, followed by an impressive selection of nigiri!After five consecutive pieces of exquisite white fish, I enjoyed bonito, lean tuna, horse mackerel, sweet shrimp, and the Matsuyama-style nigiri that they started serving about a year ago.I finished with anago (conger eel) and tamago (sweet omelet), and although I was quite full, the sushi was so delicious that I couldn’t resist ordering four more pieces of sushi types I hadn’t tried yet.In the future, I plan to make this my main spot when I return home!Thank you for the wonderful meal! ☆彡
