Once I found out about this place, I never looked back. Compared to Tsukiji, the Yokohama Fish Market feels way more intimate and local, and the restaurants inside are absolute fire.

I always go for the oyster ramen at Ramen Oohashi. It’s light but immensely satisfying for a breakfast bowl. The soup is super minerally, made with just oysters and konbu seaweed.
